Welcome to The Artisan Marshmallow Company, thank you for stopping by!

We are a small, woman owned company based in Southern New Jersey specializing in handcrafted marshmallows, specialty confections and barrel aged products. Every item we make is made with quality, and local when available, ingredients.  Since everything is made by hand, no two are alike! This gives everything a wonderful unique quality!

I grew up in a home with a mother that loved making holiday cookies and a dad that was a fantastic baker. I always wanted to go to culinary school, but unfortunately never got the chance. I did get the opportunity to work in bakeries and many aspects of the restaurant industry that instilled my love for the world of food!

I took a slight detour for about 20+ years as a massage therapist and personal trainer. As much as I loved the health and fitness industry, I felt it was time to get back to my love of food and creativity.

The marshmallow dream started with making vanilla marshmallows for my friends and coworkers at the gym. This quickly grew to craft shows, events and special orders.

I finally got the chance to open my first brick & mortar in 2019 on Main St. in Mullica Hill, NJ. Since then, we have steadily grown and have landed in our forever New Jersey home in Pitman, NJ. We absolutely love our shop on E. Holly Ave below Sheryl's Hair Essentials, right next to Sherwin Williams Paint Store and across the street from the amazing Chloe's Cream Puffs! 

I was blessed to WIN 2nd Place in Dessert Wars with a version of our "Artisan". This earned us a spot at the finals in Atlanta, GA! We did not win, BUT we placed 20th out of 48 teams in the WHOLE COUNTRY! WITH A MARSHMALLOW!! What a huge accomplishment! I was able to do this with tons of help from my boyfriend Parker, my sister Kyle and the greatest bonus sister Shell!
